Highland Police Department Launches Two New Programs

The Highland Police Department has announced two new programs to assist the community.
The first, involving the Volunteers In Police Services (V.I.P.S) and Highland’s Building and Inspection Department, is a spring cleaning initiative targeting junk vehicles, as well as cars of Highland residents with out-of-state license plates.
